Food Assistance
Food boxes and nutritional supplements. Must have written documentation of positive HIV or AIDS.

Medical Mental Health
Counseling and support groups. Provides medical assistance to HIV+ individuals in the form of medications, eye glasses, and medical items – call for appt. with case manager on all programs. Must have written documentation of positive HIV or AIDS.

Transportation Assistance
Transportation for HIV-positive persons. Must have written documentation of positive HIV or AIDS.

Bread available while supply lasts. Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Food Boxes available for home owners / renters on Wednesday and Thursday. Call for requirements.

Housing Assistance
Transitional Housing-Men, Women, and Families. Housing financial assistance (Limited. Call for appointments.)
