Meadowbrook Corporate Park

Meadowbrook Corporate Park is a 175-acre master-planned corporate campus located along the Highway 280 corridor in Hoover. Developed by Daniel Corporation from the early 1980s through 2002, the property features lush landscaping, lakes, fountains, walking trails, and a variety of Class A and B office buildings. Numerous buildings in the park have recently undergone interior renovations and now feature new common areas, patio terraces, micro-markets, and multi-purpose training rooms. In 2018, McLeod Software located its Corporate Headquarters at Meadowbrook and has since grown to 500+ employees- making McLeod the Birmingham Region’s largest software development company. Other prominent companies in the park include Lakehomes Realty, Sheffield Group, Momentum Telecom, and others. The City of Hoover’s Comprehensive Plan has identified Meadowbrook as a potential new Technology Village and planning is underway for the long-term repositioning of the park for knowledge-based businesses.

Inverness Center

Inverness Center is a 150-acre master-planned corporate office park located along the Highway 280 Corridor in Hoover and Shelby County. Developed in the 1970s and 1980s, the property features numerous Class A and B office buildings situated amid the lush forest and landscaping surrounding majestic Lake Heather. Each of the office buildings was designed to accommodate high-quality corporate tenants within the self-contained environment of Inverness. International Park
