Jackson has over six years of local economic development experience. His focus areas include entrepreneurship, business retention and expansion, and workforce/talent attraction. Jackson is a graduate of Auburn University.

Corey Furr
Economic Development Specialist
Corey is responsible for supporting Hoover’s economic development initiatives including business retention and expansion, data analytics, research, and special projects. Corey is a graduate of Birmingham-Southern College and served in the United States Marine Corps.

Taylor Durham

Taylor is responsible for guiding new and expanding businesses through key City business transactions. As a former small business owner and later as a local government employee, she has a strong perspective on helping businesses have an easy-to-understand and seamless process.
