Free fruit and granola Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Elite Nutrition will be in the lobby from 4-6 PM on Monday handing out free samples and coupons.
Wednesday morning the Rec Center will have free Krispy Kreme donuts, and free birthday cake at lunch.
Field & Stream will be here on Friday from 7 AM- 9 AM promoting their newest location... right here in Hoover! Come check them out and get some free stuff!
Friday- Sunday is OPEN HOUSE. This is a great opportunity to bring your family and friends to the Recreation Center to try it out. We will have inflatables in the gym for children all weekend long!
