One of the many benefits of personal training is that you get a customized workout plan. Let our personal trainers design a customized workout program created to assist you in reaching your short and long term fitness goals.

The Hoover Recreation Center offers 45 minute and 1 hour sessions.
Group sessions are available (Maximum of three participants per hour).
