Do you provide transportation services to your facility?
Yes, we do. Transportation to the facility is provided through a grant program funded by Jefferson County. To be eligible you must live in the Jefferson County portion of Hoover or the Hoover Senior Center must be the closest facility to your residence. A form must be filled out and approved through the Office of Senior Citizens Services of Jefferson County. This process may take 4 to 6 weeks or longer. You will be at the center for approximately 4 hours each day you choose to attend.
